Despite what we are told men are told about our position in life, many struggle to find purpose and fulfillment. When you look at modern man you will see a list of ailments he faces:

Life without meaning
The modern world has brought about many technological advancements that have changed the world for the better. Quality of life and access to resources continue to grow, but why so much suffering?
Without meaning and rites of passage, our lives become routine paths of consumption. Because of this, we have lost our way.
We are disconnected from life and ourselves.
Meaning has been replaced by dopamine-driven addictions:

Endless entertainment & consumption…
These activities are destroying the lives of men and our loved ones worldwide.
We haven’t yet realized how this is hurting us as a society.
These things are interfering with our ability to live fulfilled lives as men, and the world is suffering.

There has never been a more significant need for honorable men than now.
The world isn’t wrong about the power that men hold.
The problem lies in those in power who choose to use said power for darkness rather than good.
With technology advancing, we can destroy our entire existence or transform our lives into a futuristic society.
Men hold power and need to recognize this to live dignified lives.
Without this recognition of our responsibility as keepers and protectors of society, we lose our way and become destructive tyrants to all those around us.
The good news is we can change all this.
There is a path to living noble and fulfilled lives as men.
The chance to redeem what the world has taken for granted.
Our acceptance of manhood and all that it entails.
That is precisely the aim of my men’s coaching practice.

Most men are familiar with the concepts of coaching, but usually related to sports and competition. The same concepts apply to men’s coaching, but with a focus on our inner well-being, to translates into external successes.
We will work together on your goals and discuss things blocking your progress and map out a plan to overcome them.
The end goal is for you to feel more confident, strong, and fulfilled with your life.
Each men’s coaching session is 50 or 90 minutes.
Each session is $75 for 50 minutes and $125 for 90 minutes.
Once we complete our connect call and determine we’re a good fit to work together you can book them as frequently as you like.
This isn’t a medical service, so no insurances are accepted. Please seek a medical practitioner if you need medical treatment.
This will depend on how quick you want to move and the level of resources you have available to you.
Most clients meet once a week.
This will depend on you and your current state. Some clients connect once and they get what they need. Others, meet regularly to stay accountable.
