Burned Out: The Painful Grind of Everyday Life

Women burned out on life and work

Today is one of those days where the heaviness is very present. It feels like a weight hanging off my shoulders. Responsibilities, to-do lists, kids, obligations, bills, taxes, cost of living, holidays, ahhhhhh!

Burned out…

The life grind can wear on us heavily.

Add in the work grind, and you’ve got a successful recipe for burn out. So many of us are waking up tired and no energy for the things we need to do.

Sound familiar?

Worn Out

The games we must play to live and survive on Earth can bring the strongest to their knees.

These days, everything seems challenging. It’s easy to become tired of trying. Tired of this life.

But why?

We have so much abundance and technology transforming the world, but our infrastructure seems to weaken daily.

The requirements for each of us to get ahead and provide a good life for our families get bigger.

We’ve replaced the everyday burdens of living with the grind of endless material pursuit. It’s like there’s a moving goalpost to ensure we’re never able to be at ease and reflect on life.

I have a resentment towards money sometimes.

I don’t expect to be taken care of.

But sometimes you wonder why everything must be so hard.

The requirements for a high standard of living are snowballing. The pandemic has contributed to a widening income inequality gap. With all the technology and efficiency we’ve created, why are things getting more difficult for everyday people?

As someone with a family, it’s impossible not to see how rapidly things seem to be declining. Mental exhaustion seems to be the norm for most people.

It isn’t comforting. You feel drained from all the stress and heaviness.

At this rate, people will have to be millionaires to have a home they own, quality food to eat, and a good education for their kids.

It’s no wonder all of us are so stressed and unfulfilled! The world has created an impossible standard to meet and misdirected our ability to find fulfillment away from ourselves. The perfect trap to create burn out in many of us.

There has to be a better way

Maybe it’s always been this way. Maybe this is simply the experience of life on Earth as humans. Maybe it’s meant to be a struggle.

It doesn’t seem too far-fetched to have an honest monetary system.

Or a truthful media.

Or a government that doesn’t create endless crises.

Why it bothers me so much is I know we can do better. I know things can be different. We have so much potential and ability to create incredible things that will improve the quality of life for everyone on our planet.

But here we are…

Sometimes the recognition of the absurdity can help. Awareness is where all change begins. We do have the power to change things, but we’ve forgotten our power.

I’m an optimist, so I will always lean toward a brighter future, but it doesn’t mean some days make you question everything.

But it does make you wonder…

Will the rat race ever end?

Will the monotony of life always be present?

Will money always be the sole driver on this planet?

Will we ever reach a spiritual way of life?

Are these part of the lessons on Earth?

Maybe my expectations are warped.

But I assume the BS continues until we wake up and say enough of this crap.

I know this for sure.

a fan of fake American dollars on fire, burned out,

Burned out on money

Seeing the decline of our currency has got to be one of the most depressing things to witness.

Buying fewer things with more money is painful.

Most of us trade time for money, so this means our life is getting taxed.

This is the grind I speak of. Tired of losing value for our time because of dishonest tryants and organizations only interested in enriching themselves. It’s know wonder so many of us have a lack of energy and motivation.

Until we anchor our currency to something tangible and stop with all the “quantitative easing,” this will continue.

We’ve become a country built on fake money and debt.

I know I’m ranting.

No one is going to save us.

I want to break our dependency on saviors.

We need to align around the root issues.

Money is a fundamental thing in life. I’m tired of it being so dishonest and out of balance. Our whole country is ran on debt and interest at this point. It’s no wonder so many of us are mentally drained.

It must be honest and reliable if we live in a civilized society. Right now, we have the wealthy elite and everyone else. Having a fundamental fallacy exist like this impacts all of us deep within our souls. We all know it’s a sham, but we still participate in it.

It creates an environment of burnout and depression because we aren’t being honest at a core level, which hurts us as truthful beings. We yearn for truth, so when we oppose it, we suffer.

This is okay, because we’re all learning and waking up. It’s not about blame and judgment.

As long as we can begin to embrace this reality and accept where we are we can begin to find a way forward.

The positive side is this means all of us are in it together.

I’m tired of pretending what we’re doing is working. We have to stop accepting this nonsense. We have to challenge these ideas. We have to stand up and say enough. We have to recreate our relationship to money and what it means for our society. This all starts within our own lives.

Reclaiming our relationship with money and understanding how it influences us. I know it may seem backward, but this dishonest relationship with money and work is creating a lot of burned out people.

It can make us resent the entire process of what it takes to earn a living and enjoy life as a fulfilled human. It creates so much resistance to living good lives. This is the pain it creates in our lives.

We continue to forge forward, because what choice do we have?

We are Creators!

When we unite, we will be unstoppable.

Instead, we fight and debate over which ruler will get to hold our leash.

Humanity must get off our knees.

We are not a slave class.

It starts by finding it within.

Looking inside ourselves to see what life has in store for us.

Each of us came here with a purpose and mission.

We always have that ability to answer the call of destiny.

This is our path.

We are made for greatness.

But only when we accept this fate can we live it.

I will be here whispering about Eternity until we do πŸ˜‰

What do you think?

Do you believe humanity can turn it around?

What’s the biggest road block to progress you see?
